Is House's Cuddy due for a bit of a holiday miracle? Lisa Edelstein shares with TVGuide.com a peek at this week's "very emotional" episode, diagnoses the "complicated" House-Cuddy romance, and reveals why she was nervous to strip down for leading man Hugh Laurie. (House airs Tuesdays at 8 pm/ET, on Fox.)
TVGuide.com: Poor Cuddy — just as she's about to thank House for surprising her with her med-school desk, she finds him with that blonde floozy actress. She must be ready to tear her hair out.
Lisa Edelstein: She knows how to pick 'em! But I don't think she's looking for an easy relationship ...

At this moment, neither House nor Cuddy knows what to make of their spontaneous, born-out-of-sadness lip-lock. He, of course, is passive-aggressively shrugging it off, while she tried to deny to Wilson that she had any interest in her underling ... only to instead prove that she has thought about it. A lot. At the close of this week's episode, House got as far as his boss' doorstep, but couldn't quite bring himself to ring her bell (literally or figuratively).
Should fans of Fox's House brace themselves for one of television's most unorthodox romances? Read on for executive producer Katie Jacobs' take on the hot topic.

With the long Memorial Day holiday this weekend, let's have some fun and play a game! We've actually played this game before, last October. I had a different blog back then, called "DVD Guy", and I called the game "Today's Stars...Yesterday!" We all had a great deal of fun, and lots of readers chimed in with their own examples of big-name celebs they've seen "in smaller roles, during leaner times".The way to play is very simple: Think of hot "new" stars that you see in any current TV show, and try to think of where you've spotted them on DVDs of older programs. Probably only slightly older shows, but there's absolutely no limit. Let's just have a blast with it! I'll give us several examples, just to get us started: Grey's Anatomy wrapped their fourth season last night, and the younger Dr. Grey wrapped her first full season in the show. Chyler Leigh's straight-laced turn as "Lexi" might not make her recognizable, though, to the few of us who saw her as punk-rockin', spike-m...

You couldn't ask for a better foil for the crabby, compelling leading man on House (Tuesday at 9 pm/ET, Fox) than his boss. Cuddy doesn't take House's nonsense and she knows how to keep him in check — more or less. Plus, the sizzling chemistry between Hugh Laurie and Lisa Edelstein keeps the dialogue fresh enough to warrant a slap on the cheek. Edelstein talked about Cuddy's sex life, her relationship with House and those racy outfits she loves to wear.
TVGuide.com: House has been so busy with his candidates, we haven't gotten as much of Cuddy lately. Will we see more of her soon?Lisa Edelstein: It's still pretty much focused on the new team, and it just starts becoming more of the regular construction of the episodes after Episode 9 [airing Nov. 27]. But th

How does being beautiful or deformed make others treat you differently? That was the central theme in tonight's episode, and it brought out some unexpected twists and revealing moments for House, as well as the POTW.Kenny is on his way to Princeton-Plainsboro for surgery to correct the major congenital facial deformity that keeps him from being "just another face in the crowd." The catch is that the entire experience is being filmed (and bank-rolled) by a documentary crew. Everything's set to go in the OR and Chase is about to perform the surgery when the kid has a heart attack, followed by a host of other symptoms that seem to jeopardize his facial surgery.Meanwhile, Dr. Terzi (Michael Michele) has shown up for "class" with the rest of the Wannabes, who immediately start trying to figure out whether she's guaranteed one of their coveted spots. House, who clearly has the hots for her, can't stand the fact that he's sort of hired her, and has a little heart to heart wit...
