For Pretty Little Liars fans who felt last season's big reveal wasn't a shock, executive producer Marlene King promises that this Tuesday's finale will make up for it tenfold.
"Honestly, people's jaws will hit the floor," King tells TVGuide.com. "For people who felt like [Mona being A] wasn't the big twist they were looking for, they're getting their big twist tomorrow. And the fact that it's two massive, mind-blowing twists, fans will be so shocked and satisfied by this episode. "
Pretty Little Liars is nearing its summer finale when one of 12 possible people will make the ultimate betrayal.
Although at the end of last season, it was finally revealed that Mona (Janel Parrish) was "A," there are still plenty of mysteries to be solved. First, there's the new person calling themselves "A" who continuously torments Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchel), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Hanna (Ashley Benson). Then there are the unsolved murders of Alison (Sasha Pieterse) and Maya (Bianca Lawson).
"Oh. My. God. Those are the only words I have for this episode," teases Ashley Benson, whose Hanna is clearly having a rough time at Rosewood's latest crime scene in Pretty Little Liars' August 28 mid-season finale. Where is Emily? And why are the cops so interested in talking to Paige (Lindsey Shaw)? All Benson offers is that "people get hurt...there might even be a...
Playing snobby mean girl Amber Pollack in the ABC Family movie Teen Spirit was familiar territory for Make It or Break It star Cassie Scerbo.
"It's really fun to be a spicy character — it's never boring," Scerbo, who plays self-proclaimed "Queen of the Beam" Lauren Tanner on Make It or Break It, tells TVGuide.com.
There is, however, one big difference between Amber and Lauren: Amber is dead. The queen bee dies after a freak accident at prom. But in order for Amber to make it to heaven, an angel (Tim Gunn) says she must help Lisa (Lindsey Shaw), the most unpopular girl in school, become prom queen (as seen in the clip below).
At the end of Pretty Little Liars first season, both the girls and viewers came thisclose to discovering the identity of their tormenter, known only as "A." Based on the successful book series of the same name, the ABC Family series follows recently reconnected friends Hanna (Ashley Benson), Aria (Lucy Hale), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Emily (Shay Mitchell) as they try to figure out who murdered their best friend Alison (Sasha Pieterse) — all while being taunted by A, the mysterious texter who knows all their secrets.
