A giddy Frasier returns from a fabulous weekend with his high-powered girlfriend Samantha and regales Niles with stories of all the celebrities they hung out with during the trip. Unfortunately, Sam is having second thoughts about the relationship and breaks up with Frasier a few days later. Unwilling to call it quits, Frasier begins following Sam and inundating her with phone calls begging for another chance. In fact, he plays a few of the messages for Martin, Daphne and Niles, in an attempt to get their opinion on what he's doing wrong. By the looks on their faces, Frasier realizes he's made a fool out of himself, and uses Sam's secret code to erase her messages. In doing so, Frasier realizes he also erased a message from Sam's secretary regarding an important dinner meeting. Swallowing his pride, Frasier goes to the restaurant to pass the message along to Sam, who shocks Frasier by saying she wants to try again. But when Frasier realizes that Sam's dazzling social life was one of the big 'draws' of their relationship, he decides they're better off apart. watch
