Monday night is Movie Night on Dancing with the Stars, and Lea Thompson and partner Artem Chigvintsev have a very special routine planned.
"Back to the Cha-Cha is what we're doing," Thompson tells TVGuide.com.
It's #MyJamMonday on Week 2 of Dancing with the Stars (of course Bruno's is "Born This Way") and, if nothing else, the song choices serve to highlight the age distribution between, say, Bethany Mota and Tavis Smiley on the show's 19th season.
For the second week in a row, it's Night 1 of 2. Who will be given the boot on Tuesday's results show? Here's a recap of tonight's performances:
The 19th season of Dancing with the Who Are These People Stars kicked off in spectacular fashion Monday night, with a cast that proves the show is stretching further and further in its interpretation of the term "celebrity." It's clear from the get-go that new judge Julianne Hough is thrilled to be back in the ballroom -- and her boobs seem pretty excited too. (Is this TV-14?) With 13 routines to cram into two hours, Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews waste no time in getting the performances underway — and we won't either:
What do an old-school stoner, a '90s sitcom star, a YouTube celebrity and an Olympic athlete have in common? They're all competing on Season 19 of Dancing with the Stars.
Officially announced on Good Morning America Thursday, the new cast of ABC's long-running dancing competition will include Cheech & Chong's Tommy Chong, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air alum Alfonso Ribeiro, teen fashion expert Bethany Mota and track and field star Lolo Jones.
With a cast that features a High School Musical alum and two Dancing with the Stars veterans, it was only a matter of time before Switched at Birth did a dance-themed episode.
On Monday's installment (8/7c, ABC Family), dance scenes fill every act as Daphne (Katie LeClerc) and Bay (Vanessa Marano) both wonder about their futures. From Lea Thompson's Broadway act and Gilles Marini and Marlee Matlin's Waltz to LeClerc's salsa dance with RJ Mitte and David Casteneda, almost every style is covered.
Switched at Birth Star: Daphne can find something to love in both Campbell and Jorge
"[My] dance is especially fun because of the love triangle," LeClerc recently told us. "I'm a pretty good dancer, I learn choreography pretty easily, and I took tap in college. But Vanessa Marano is the most adorable thing in the world -- she has no rhythm!"
