Tracking down a clue to the identity of the phantom burglar, perpetrator of a series of puzzling robberies, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen played by Noel Neill and Jack Larson, encounter mysterious Swami Amada at the outset of the thriller, "The Man Who Could Read Minds." Threatened by the Swami's exotic assistants the two reporters are saved only through the quick action of Superman, played by George Reeves. Larry Dobkin is the Swami. Others appearing are Robert Shayne as Henderson, John Hamilton as Perry White, Veola Vonn as Lura, Richard Karlan as Monk, Russell Custer as Healey and Tom Bernard as Doug.
