Kurt Warner
Former NFL star Kurt Warner will host a new reality show on USA called The Moment, the network announced Wednesday.
The show, which has a nine-episode order, marks USA's first foray into unscripted programming. Each week, Warner will give someone a "second chance" at achieving their dream careers. Warner is a fitting choice to host the series as he legendarily went from bagging ...

Tom Bergeron
Tom Bergeron's wish came true.
After Dancing with the Stars' predictable Season 10 — in which practically everyone foresaw Nicole Scherzinger winning — the host was hoping for more surprises from this season's hodgepodge of evenly matched contenders.
"We got it! Really, it all started with David Hasselhoff [who was eliminated first]. That was the most shocking moment for me," Bergeron tells TVGuide.com. "I have no idea what happened there. I was like, 'What the hell?' I figured we had at least four good weeks of comedy coming and boom! He's gone!"

That set the tone for the season: Following Hasselhoff — whose only performance left much to be desired — out the door went respectable contenders Audrina Patridge, Rick Fox and Kurt Warner. And then there was last week's shocker: Brandy got the boot, while Bristol Palin advanced to the ...

Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya
Here's what you didn't see on Tuesday night's Dancing With the Stars after former NFLer Kurt Warner was drop-kicked from the show and the cameras stopped rolling: Pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy breaking away from the group hug around Warner, going to the judges' table and putting his arms around Carrie Ann Inaba, who had roundly criticized the beginning of his choreography on Monday night. They stayed that way for a long moment, talking privately into each other's ears.
It seemed to restore peace in the Dancing neighborhood, at least for now. Says Chmerkovskiy, explaining his unusually heated reaction to ...

In case you're wondering, Kurt Warner still doesn't know the difference between flexed knees and bent knees. "I have no idea. I don't even know which one I'm supposed to have!" the Dancing with the Stars contestant tells TVGuide.com nearly a week after judge Len Goodman criticized his knee technique. "Because I'm so tall, Anna [Trebunskaya] always tells me to bend my knees. ... I just listen to her. She tries to focus on the things that are most important." This week, the former Arizona Cardinals quarterback has yet another thing to worry about —the Instant Dance.

Dancing With The Stars
If you thought that dancing to iconic TV theme songs on Monday night's Dancing With the Stars would give the performers a leg up because they already knew the music, you'd be wrong.
In fact, most the Dancing pros — and at least one star — were either too young or living in a foreign country when American television hits such as Bewitched and Hill Street Blues were on the air. "I had no idea what that song was," says pro Cheryl Burke, who was born in 1984 and danced to Hill Street Blues, which aired from 1981-1987...

Rick Fox, Dancing With The Stars
Rick Fox is shooting for a three — for Cheryl Burke. The former Los Angeles Laker has three National Basketball Association championships, and a Dancing with the Stars victory this season would give his pro partner a record third Mirrorball trophy. "I'm putting the pressure on myself to get that for her," he tells TVGuide.com. "I know Derek [Hough] and Mark [Ballas] could get three too. I have to make sure I'm attentive, coachable and I'm putting in the effort that is required. She shapes our partnership into championship level." So coachable is Fox that he gamely went with Burke's last-minute costume change to have him shirtless in their samba. What prompted the change? Find out below. Plus: See when Fox will return to The Game...

Dancing With The Stars
After coming oh-so-close to the Mirrorball trophy twice, Dancing with the Stars' Anna Trebunskaya is ready to go all the way this season with Kurt Warner. "I hope so. It's still a long way to go, but I think we can do it," she tells TVGuide.com. "Kurt's working really hard and has made a lot of strides in the past week alone." That progress was reflected last week, as the retired National Football League quarterback earned unanimous praise from the judges and improved his score two points to 21. Find out what Trebunskaya — who finished second with Jerry Rice and Evan Lysacek in Seasons 2 and 10, respectively — is working on with Warner the most for Monday's storytelling theme and get her thoughts on Bruno Tonioli's harsh critique of Michael Bolton.

Seriously?
It was weird enough that ABC felt the need to turn the unveiling of the new Dancing With the Stars cast into a live "event," but then to not even deliver us a surprise contestant or two? Yawn.
