Kristy Swanson says it's not true: She did not assault boyfriend LloydEislers ex-wife and she tells TV Guide that she and Eisler are willing to take lie-detector tests to prove it.The night before Fathers Day, the Skating with Celebrities champ was arrested by Kingston, Ontario, cops on a complaint filed by Marcia OBrien alleging Swanson deliberately caused her harm, Swanson says.Basically, Lloyd is in the middle of a custody fight with his ex, Swanson says. He wants 50/50 custody and the right to bring his two kids to L.A. for visits. Thats their deal; I dont get involved. Swanson, last seen inAnna Nicole Smith drag on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, did get involved when she and new baby Magnus went to OBriens house along with Eisler to pick up his children for a pre-arranged visit. According to Swanson, the brouhaha started when OBrien wouldnt leave the van after her children were settled in. Ma...

Kristy Swanson pressed assault charges against Marcia O'Brien, the ex-wife of her Skating with Celebrities (and much more...) partner Lloyd Eisler, after the "ladies" got into a scuffle during what was to be a tête-à-tête to discuss custody of Eisler's kids. O'Brien actually had Swanson arrested first on assualt charges, prompting the big-screen Buffy to furnish police with pics of bruises on her back and elsewhere inflicted on her by Eisler's ex. Interestingly, the whole mess is volumes more engaging than that entire season of Skating with Celebrities.

Well, this one was pretty much what I expected — some really bad Anna Nicole Smith impersonation (not that theres really a good Anna Nicole impersonation) and a few murder suspects in the form of fictionalized versions of the late Playmates various hangers-on. And, of course, a little limoncello for taste.Having seen all of Bombshell, I feel exactly the same way I did seeing the clips last week: There was just no reason this episode needed to be made. I dont think Criminal Intent viewers are big tabloid-news followers (i.e., they probably dont care who the father of Anna Nicoles baby was) — and if any of you actually are, then this was just a rehash of yesterday's news. Basically, a no-win proposition for all concerned. So how in the name of all that is criminal and intent did they manage to attract not one but two decent guest stars to this mess? OK, three, if you count Kristy Swanson, but she was on Skating with Cele...

Last seen flying around the ice — and cracking her chin — on Skating with Celebrities, new mom Kristy Swanson returns to TV with her feet on dry land and you might say her head in the clouds. Swanson talks to us about channeling Smith, returning to work post-baby, and those pesky rumors about her love life with skating pro Lloyd Eisler.
TV Guide: Congratulations on your new baby. What's his

It was only a matter of time before one of NBC's Law & Orders ripped from the ubiquitous Anna Nicole Smith headlines. In Criminal Intent's May 8 episode, Kristy Swanson uses her new curves to play a voluptuous, ill-fated drug-abusing model/rich guys widow/new mom (whose older son is found dead). Best known as the big-screen Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Swanson began filming the episode just five weeks after giving birth to her and Skating with Celebrities partner Lloyd Eisler's son, Magnus. Assessing Swanson's embrace of the role, executive producer Warren Leight says, "There's something larger-than-life about Kristy. She has a heightened sexuality. I've never seen anyone as unself-conscious about herself and her endowment. When people would bring a photo over for her to sign, she would say, 'I assume you want me to sign [on] my breasts.'" And she was probably right. Reporting by Ileane Rudolph
