Very likely coming soon to a T-shirt near you: "Bless the Blood." This new catchphrase is a favorite of True Blood's new vamp in town: Roman, the 500-year-old Guardian of the Vampire Authority, a zealot who's about to complicate the already messy lives of the bloodsuckers who live among the shape-shifters, territorial werewolves, telepathic fairy hybrids, assorted bigots and bumpkins of Bon Temps, Louisiana.

The Once Upon a Time season finale brought us back to where the ABC fairy tale drama had begun. No, we're not talking about Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) reuniting with Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin). We're talking about the curse being unleashed again upon the town of Storybrooke just as the clock struck 8:15. Before Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle) made us scratch our heads wondering what the heck the Once writers will do in Season 2, let's take a look back at what happened in the finale:

The evil smoke monster curse is back once again in the season finale of Once Upon a Time!
Sunday's finale, "A Land Without Magic" (8/7c, ABC), brings the series full circle from when the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) unleashed the curse that enslaved every fairy tale character in the town of Storybrooke, forced to live unaware of their true identities. Now, Emma (Jennifer Morrison) must decide whether or not she believes, which will then determine the fate of her son, Henry (Jared Gilmore), who ate the poisonous fruit that was meant to kill Emma.
The mystery of who the Stranger is will soon be revealed on Once Upon a Time!
August W. Booth (Eion Bailey), a writer only initially known as "the Stranger," made his way to Storybrooke earlier this season. His very presence is significant since the curse prevents people in the town from leaving, and apparently Emma (Jennifer Morrison) was the only outsider to come there before him.
His arrival — especially after he added pages to Henry's fairy tale book — has sparked many debates as to who he actually is. Theories range from suggesting that he's Rumplestiltskin's son or perhaps Henry's father to even his being an older version of Henry, which would be awkward since the Stranger is seemingly attracted to Emma, Henry's mom. To get the scoop on who the Stranger is, TVGuide.com turned to writer and consulting producer Jane Espenson, who penned this upcoming Sunday's episode "The Return" (8/7c, ABC) and also offers up some juicy teases for the Season 1 finale...
Once Upon a Time, Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas
Though Once Upon a Time features such iconic fairy tale characters as Snow White, Prince Charming, Rumplestiltskin and the Evil Queen, the old adage that true love's kiss can break even the strongest curse has yet to be successful on the ABC series.
