How's this for a good time: Try sitting in the audience for the Dancing with the Stars finale next to designer Rami Kashou, runner-up on this season's Project Runway. "Love that," says Kashou, catching sight of redheaded pro Anna Trebunskaya as she arrives on stage to dance with Steve Guttenberg in a dazzling, fire-engine red gown. "That color is great for her." There is a note-worthy connection between the two hit reality shows: Kit Pistol, another recent Runway contestant, is the stylist for Dancing cohost Samantha Harris. That means for the last ten weeks, Pistol has been scouring Los Angeles to find roughly one hundred gowns for Harris to try on, twenty of which made the final cut. Well kids, this is it! It's been just over two months since this crazy season started and now it's all coming to an end. Who would be taking home the crown and who would go home in utter defeat? More importantly, who is being booted right away and settling for third place? I'm anticipating an interesting (yet long!) night ahead, so let's dive into it one last time!After a short interview with our finalists, Usher entered the ballroom and I shouted with glee. He's sexy and talented and he really hasn't had a song I haven't liked. Despite having a headset, I definitely think he wasn't singing his new hit song "Love in This Club" but that's really fine with me. It's a dancing show and if singing live would have made it hard for him to break it down at the end then he shouldn't have sang. Although some may have predicted Tuesday's outcome, the competition was tight and the winning spot was up for grabs (OK, sort of up for grabs. Any other Kristi fans?). If we forgot what the couples were up against, though, tonight we got the rundown of the entire season and all its competitors — plus a little love up in this club from Usher. Last night, the final three contestants (Kristi, Jason and Cristián) faced off with a Cha-Cha and Freestyle round. Needless to say, the part where Kristi kissed an open-mouthed Bruno as part her routine was a top highlight of the night. But the former figure skater's freestyle number where she rips off her jammies and kills it on the dance floor had to be our favorite moment.
