Kirstie Alley has lost 100 pounds, she tells Entertainment Tonight.
"I feel like I'm back in my element," she said. "I honestly didn't even realize what I looked like."
The Dancing with the Stars runner-up has long talked about her body struggles. In 2004, she became the spokeswoman for Jenny Craig and in 2006, she showed off her slimmed down figure in a bikini on Oprah. She regained weight before mambo-ing off the pounds last spring.
