The Manhattan district attorney will not pursue the head-butting case against 24 star Kiefer Sutherland, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor said.

"We declined to prosecute after a full investigation," Alicia Maxey Greene told TVGuide.com. "That included speaking to the complaining witness, who was quite uncooperative."
