At the start of World War II, The East End Kids want to help with the war effort but are turned down from joining the Army since they're not 18 years old. Stinging from their enlistment denial, the gang sees a local Asian shopkeeper and another man arguing and they become curious as to what they're up to. Later that evening, the gang returns to the shopkeeper's place, find his stabbed to death and discover that their suspicions of him being a spy were incorrect, forcing them to find his killer.
