Per Variety, Lifetime has tapped Dermot Mulroney and Emily Watson to star in a TV-movie adaptation of the best-selling Kim Edwards novel The Memory Keeper's Daughter (shop Amazon). Set in 1964, the story concerns a doctor who delivers twin babies, but to spare the mother heartache, lies that the one born with Down syndrome didn't survive.
