Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford has obtained a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch, People reports.
Rutherford claimed in documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court that Giersch has repeatedly harassed her and her family, stating that he "has begun to follow me, my mother and my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us."

Question: I have been racking my brain for the name of this show, and for the life of me I can't seem to recall it. It was about vampires. If I remember correctly, it was on Thursday nights or Tuesday nights back in 1997. I don't think it ran for more than one season, if that long. I want to say it was called The Kindred, but I am not sure. If you could let me know if this is right and how to get hold of a copy of it, I would greatly appreciate it.
