Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford is ending her marriage to German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch after two years, according to legal documents.
In the papers, filed on Dec. 30 in a Los Angeles County superior court and obtained by TMZ, Rutherford cites "irreconcilable differences" as the grounds for calling it quits. Giersch filed for legal separation the same day, People reports.

The Ghost Whisperer maven is to be honored Friday by the Step Up Women's Network at the organization's 2008 Inspiration Awards.Last week, Love Hewitt hosted a set visit from two Step Up mentees who have entertainment biz aspirations.
