"When I started working with Nickelodeon [in 2008] I said if there's any way ever I could be a part of the show, please let me know. They finally found a time and a way to fit me in," she tells TVGuide.com.

"I was a big boy band fan when I was younger. I loved watching them dance, so that inspired me to want to dance," Cyrus told TVGuide.com on the red carpet at the Kids' Choice Awards.
