Fox is fixin' to announce that its annual Billboard Music Awards will slip the word "Country" before "Music," relocate the kudosfest from Sin City to Nashville and reprioritize its accolades accordingly. The decision, says Variety, comes after the '06 Billboard show hit a sour note with its lowest ratings to date. Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil late Monday filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Charlize Theron, arguing that the actress signed an endorsement deal agreeing to wear only Weil's high-end watches — in exchange for "substantial funds" — yet at a Mar. 2006 event was spied sporting a timepiece from Christian Dior, for whom she pimps perfume. Also from the AP: Keith Urban, the country singer, has filed a lawsuit against Keith Urban, the painter from New Jersey, claiming the latter's website violates federal trademark laws and is being used in a deceptive manner for commercial purposes. The lawsuit doesn't specify damages, but does request transfer of the domain to the singer.
