VH1 has ordered a pilot for The Life and Times of Marcus 'Felony' Brown, an edgy urban comedy representing brothers Keenen Ivory, Marlon and Shawn Wayans' first foray into cable television production. Felony concerns an up-and-coming East Coast rapper (Darius McCrary) who moves to Los Angeles to lay down his second album. Among Marcus' (ahem) entourage are hype-man E-Z (Vince Green), manager Cash (Jon Abrahams) and bodyguard Tiny (Marcello Thedford).
