Everything's changing on Arrow this year. Team Arrow has gained a few more members and allies, but Oliver (Stephen Amell) has also lost all his family (and his fortune). But with nothing left to lose, Oliver will finally make a play for Felicity's (Emily Bett Rickards) heart. However, the mysterious new head of Queen Consolidated Ray Palmer (which just so happens to be the real-world alias of the superhero The Atom) isn't going to make things easy for him.
Emily Owens alum J.R. Ramirez has been tapped to play Wildcat on Arrow's third season, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Can Arrow's consummate hero have it all?
The third season of The CW series will dare to answer that question when Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) attempts to have his cake and eat it too — in this case, that means being a superhero that the residents of Starling City actually respect while also trying to have a personal life. It's harder than it sounds — something that Ollie will learn fairly quickly into the season.
Exclusive: Arrow taps Peter Stormare as new Count Vertigo
It's been five years since CBS premiered Harper's Island, and in the words of another famous island inhabitant, "We have to go back!" A woefully underrated horror murder mystery, the 13-episode series, which is available on Netflix, follows a group of family and friends that heads to the titular locale for a destination wedding, only to learn that there's a killer among them. If Arrow's Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) started off the series as a vigilante, he's now evolved into the full-fledged hero he was destined to become. Oliver completed his transition during Wednesday's season finale, and surprisingly, it was thanks to his nemesis Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett).
