But since she left home to become a hotshot Beltway lawyer, Cricket has been scandalously nutty in her occasional returns to town, drunkenly making out with Nick (Joshua Morrow) and hitting the sack with her ex-husband Danny (Michael Damian). Now this! On Nov. 16, Cricket shares a kiss with her other ex-hubby Paul (Doug Davidson), who is currently in love with her best friend Nina (Tricia Cast). What the hell is our girl thinking? TV Guide Magazine spoke with Bell about this jaw-dropper development and what it's like to remain at Y&R after her sister-in-law, Maria Bell, was ousted as exec producer.

The CBS-Sony soap The Young and the Restless owed Josh Griffith a huge debt of gratitude when he did double duty as exec producer and head writer during the 2007-2008 Writers Guild strike. Not only did the three-time Emmy winning Griffith keep Y&R afloat during that treacherous time, he improved the show drastically. But no good deed goes unpunished in Soapland! When the strike was over, Griffith was pushed out. Now he's back as head writer, working with new exec producer Jill Farren Phelps to get this once-mighty serial back in shape after the devastating reign of Maria Bell.

The Young and the Restless vet Joshua Morrow has joined the lineup for Secret Talents of the Stars, a CBS reality competition launching Tuesday and pitting assorted interestingly abled celebs against each other. In the April 15 outing, Morrow will perform an "edgy rock-and-roll" act with extreme juggling pro Marcus Monroe. His competish for the night: Girl Next Door Bridget Marquardt (performing... um, on a trapeze), country crooner Jo Dee Messina (dancing hip-hop) and boxing champ Roy Jones Jr (rapping). I did a photo shoot with Joshua Morrow (Nick) and Sharon Case (Sharon) the other day. It was really fun — or at least Sharon and I had fun. Josh couldn’t wait to get out of there. He had a softball game to go to, and taking pictures is not Josh’s favorite thing to do. Here he had two hot babes draped over him and he still didn’t like it.Sharon just got married, so she’s in honeymoon bliss. It’s very sweet to see. Me myself, I’m alone, barren and lonely, ha ha ha. That’s completely a joke. Of course I'm not barren.The Daytime Emmys are next week. It will be very fun I’m sure. It's always fun to see everybody. I’m very much looking forward to the lead-actress luncheon on Thursday. And I picked the place and put together the event, since Susan Flannery (Stephanie, B&B) was egregiously not nominated this year — although she will be coming to the luncheon.
