They rarely make TV-movies like Lifetime's Five (Monday, 9/8c) anymore, and I really wish they would. A sensitively told issue-of-the-week anthology in the classic life-affirming tear-jerker tradition, the high-profile talent is on both sides of the camera in these intertwined vignettes dealing with breast cancer. Though the subject matter is wrenching, the tone here is more about emotional uplift, emphasizing the importance of bringing loved ones along for the fight.

Are The Mentalist writers just messing with us or are we really going to see Red John? — Evan
ADAM: You are definitely going to see him — and you're not going to believe who they got to play him! This heavyweight actor is someone incredibly familiar to TV audiences. The real mystery, however, is how Jane will react when confronted with his nemesis. "This show does ask the question: Can this funny, Cary Grant-like character kill someone like he's always sworn to do?" executive producer Ashley Gable says. "I think fans will be pleased with the way it plays out."

Community
Community creator Dan Harmon knew doing another paintball episode would invite criticism and inevitable comparisons to Season 1's "Modern Warfare." And that's exactly why he did it.
"It was the thing we weren't supposed to do," Harmon tells TVGuide.com. "But I followed my usual instincts, to do the thing you're really not supposed to do, and tried as hard as I can to make it work. Because, although I fail plenty, the only time I succeed is when I'm doing that. When I try to do an impression of the way other people are supposed to do things, I usually fall on my face."

I am dying to know what happens in the NCIS finale. — Eric
ADAM: Expect even more bloodshed. But the Port-to-Port Killer case doesn't completely rule the hour. "The finale really hits a lot of the Vance-Gibbs tension," executive producer Gary Glasberg says. "It's going to provide a lot of answers to what Vance has been dealing with all season. Gibbs is going to become privy to a lot of it... and it's going to bring his relationship with Vance to another level." Does that signal an administrative shakeup? "There are definite changes that affect NCIS," Glasberg says. "The team is going to have to work together in a way they've never had to work together before next season."

Sawyer was always Lost's funniest character, rivaled only by Hurley, and Holloway brought his dry wit and penchant for nicknames to NBC's genius collegiate comedy as the Man with No Name (other than Black Rider) in a Spaghetti Western-themed sequel to last year's paintball shoot-'em-up. "He's really good-looking — like, network-TV good-looking," observed Danny Pudi's Abed in one of the script's many sly asides...

Josh Holloway
As the sarcastic and strapping Sawyer on Lost there were few things that rattled Josh Holloway. Taking on polar bears, the Others, and those creepy folks from the Dharma Initiative — no sweat! But when it comes to things that intimidate the actor in real life, the smoke monster doesn't hold a candle to the cast of NBC's Community.

Josh Holloway
"Josh Holloway is as sexy, as dreamy as you would expect, even more so than he was in Lost I think," Joel McHale told TVGuide.com at Tuesday's PaleyFest tribute to Community.
Holloway, who played Southern rogue Sawyer on Lost, guest-stars on Community's two-part hourlong season finale on Thursday, May 12. "You really get to see his comedic side," said McHale. "He nails it. He's so funny. He was such a good guy, great to have around. I would follow him on to any set and then they would handcuff me and escort me out."
