Michael lands his biggest listing yet, a townhouse in the West Village. However, if he wants to prove himself to the developer, he needs to show how much he's recently learned. Now that Michael's moved on from Fredrik, he's trying to prove himself at his new Jean Nouvel building by turning a low offer into a potential sale. Uptown, Ryan makes a last ditch effort to appease Nick and Penelope, and this time he's come prepared with a secret weapon. Fredrik has enormous confidence that he can sell the apartment belonging to his new client, Tim. However, finding him a new place in an ultra-modern building may lead Fredrik and Michael to cross paths once again. watch
