Showtime's Dexter will kick off Comic-Con this year, the network announced Wednesday.
On Thursday, July 12, stars Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, special guest Yvonne Strahovski and executive producers John Goldwyn, Sara Colleton and Scott Buck will gather in Ballroom 20 for a Q&A. Immediately after, Homeland executive producers Howard Gordon and Alex Gansa will debut the first two minutes of the series' second season premiere.
Barbra Streisand and Seth Rogen are hitting the open road together: The two have signed on for the mother/son movie comedy My Mother's Curse.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film follows an inventor (Rogen) who invites his mom (Streisand) on a cross-country trip as he tries to sell his new product while also reuniting her with a long-lost love.

Of course, Dexter himself might be the next casualty if he keeps the kids and their new nanny waiting much longer.
"It's definitely not easy balancing single fatherhood with the sort of affliction Dexter has," Michael C. Hall says with wry amusement on the set in Los Angeles, where Season 5 finds his character dealing with the aftermath of his wife Rita's death. In case you missed the most jaw-dropping twist in Dexter history, here's what went down in last season's finale...
