Joey Logano Fast Facts:
  • Won three straight national Quarter Midget racing titles beginning at age 6.
  • Set records as the youngest winner in both the INEX Legends Series and USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series.
  • Developed his racing skills after his family moved from Connecticut to Georgia for the benefit of his sister's figure-skating career (Georgia allowed him to bypass racing minimum-age rules that existed in Connecticut). 
  • Signed with Joe Gibbs Racing despite his family's relationship with Roush Racing (driver Mark Martin glowingly touted Logano as a future NASCAR star). 
  • Captured the 2007 title in the developmental NASCAR Camping World East Series, becoming the youngest driver to do so.
  • Won his first start in the ARCA/ReMax Series, in Rockingham, N.C.
  • Counts wakeboarding and watching Nick at Nite among his off-track interests.
