In a potential reversal of seeming unlimited fortune for Joe Francis in the aftermath of the Eliot Spitzer scandal, Ashley Dupré is suing the Girls Gone Wild honcho for $10 million. Dupré, the call girl at the center of the scandal, filed suit Monday, claiming that Francis and his company had exploited her image and name without her consent, just to make a buck. Girls Gone Wild mastermind Joe Francis knows how to capitalize on a good thing when he sees it, and the recent scandal with former governor Eliot Spitzer is no exception. On Friday, Francis is announcing on E!'s Chelsea Lately that he'll be adding a free DVD of call girl Ashley Dupré in the premiere issue of Girls Gone Wild Magazine.Dupré will be the first lucky lady to star in his seven-disc series, Hookers Gone Wild. Ever the logical businessman, Francis tells Lately host Chelsea Handler, "We could release it on the Internet.... The problem with the Internet [is] the minute we put it up there, even if we're charging, it's out. Everybody sees it for free regardless, and we didn't want to charge for it.
