While investigating her murder, Rita and Chris uncover a receipt for a high tech surveillance camera and suspect there may be a videotape of victim Susan Kemper's death. What they don't know is that she was killed while trying to blackmail a prominent judge who, in exchange for a lenient sentence in her husband's land fraud conviction, demanded certain sexual favors. And, as a result of her death, Paul Kemper suddenly faces fifteen years in prison.
