St. John's high school pitcher Joe Robie pulled off an impressive bare-handed catch following a tipby teammate Corey Tipton during a recent game against Fremont Ross High in Ohio.

It was a great night of fights to open Season 6 of Bellator Fighting Championships, as Bellator 60 went down from The Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana. Title challenger Pat Curran swarmed on Joe Warren in the third round, knocking him out in brutal fashion to earn the featherweight world title. In the featherweight quarterfinals, both Daniel Straus and Mike Corey walked away with unanimous decision wins. They join Marlon Sandro and Alexandre Bezerra, who both won by submission, in the Season 6 semi-finals.
