Joe Biden "Shushes" Wife after Slip on Oprah

Oprah Winfrey knows how to get women to dish on their husbands -  even when it's Jill Biden.

Jill Biden said Monday that her husband had his pick of being either Barack Obama's running mate or the secretary of state on Winfrey's broadcast from Washington's Kennedy Center - a major slip that the vice president-elect immediately tried to silence.

"Joe had the choice to be secretary of state or vice president," she said. Her husband turned to his wife with his finger to his lips and a "Shhhh!" that sent the audience into laughter. "OK, he did," Jill Biden said in her defense.

HBO Snags Rights to Inaugural Kickoff

It's not TV, it's the presidential inauguration.

HBO has scored exclusive broadcast rights to the Jan. 18 opening ceremony of President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Don't have HBO? No worries. The network is in talks with cable and satellite distributors to air the event, which will be held at the Lincoln Memorial, without commercial interruption for free to all.
