I know Ive said this a hundred times before but this was perhaps one of the best Dexters ever written Ever I watched this ep a few days ago and have not stopped thinking about it since I thought we had already made the connection between Harry and Laura and the possibility that Dexter is Harrys biological son Dexter wanted to know if Harry planned to have him settle the score on behalf of his mother Perhaps Harry felt guilty for basically leading the murderers right to Laura and her two sonsLila was certain Dexters newfound discovery that even though he built everything in my life on what Harry told me to be and learned that Harry didnt follow his own code was part of a fresh start so he could figure out who he is She assured Rita and Gail at dinner that Dexter was doing well in recovery How well he was doing in recovery took most of the ep to find out Lila left an incriminating message on Dexs machine referring to Rita as Very Martha

The only bad thing about TV shows being released on DVD is that you get used to watching an entire season all at once and it makes having to wait a full week to see a show like Dexter an enormously aggravating eventIm not sure what the juiciest thing we found out was Was it that Harry lied to Dexter in order to bury his own guilt Or that Harry was on the case of his mothers murder Laura Moser was an informant Harry was actually Dexters father Or that Doakes and Laguerta used to do the nasty in the backseat of the squad carFirst we found out that Dexters mother was the informant on the cocaine case that lead to her imminent demise When Harry touched little Dexter on the head during the interview with her and said I wont let anything happen to you or your boys I wondered if there was more I was honestly floored to find out Harry was Dexters real father Its no real surprise that Laguerta and Doakes used to be more than just part
