Cheyenne's family learns she no longer wants to become a dentist and has instead decided to give makeovers to women at a senior center. Meanwhile, Barbra Jean tries to get selected for jury duty, but her plan backfires when she annoys the judge.

Reba confronts Van when she learns that he makes Cheyenne account for every purchase in an expense journal. Later, Reba discovers that Jake is selling soda at school, even though it is against school policy to drink it on school property.
Reba buys Brock's house and becomes his landlord after Barbra Jean tells her Brock must sell their home to pay his tax debt. But Reba soon regrets it because Barbra Jean starts complaining about everything and ends up suing Reba.
Reba and Van are excited when Houston's top real-estate agent (Tim Meadows) contacts them about working for him, but it turns out he only wants one of them. Also, Brock tries to upgrade his wardrobe to keep up with Barbra Jean's sexy new look.
