Increasingly beleaguered American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra is not only currently behind bars without bail, serving time in Florida's Falkenburg Road Jail, she is also pregnant by a "rapper," TMZ reports. But hey, at least she's 22.Sierra is facing misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and opposing an officer, and felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery.

Someone sign this gal up for worst month ever. Not long after she was arrested for disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer, and subsequently held without bail, American Idol alumna Jessica Sierra is being threatened with the dissemination of a homemade (or, more apparently, a seedy hotel-made) video in which she poses in states of undress, sometimes even seductively. These days, that gets you the headline-friendly catch-call "sex tape" categorization. Should you doubt the debauchery of it all, she is seen holding a cigarette in TMZ's frame-grab!According to TMZ, a major porn company hopes to release the racy vid before the end of the year, conveniently timed to (yes, the gift-giving season, but also) the mid-January premiere of Idol's seventh season. Teri Hatcher has responded to the $2.8 million lawsuit she was hit with earlier this week. "Ms. Hatcher has not entered into any agreement with any other cosmetic or skincare companies or otherwise authorized or permitted any competitors of [Hydroderm] to use her name, likeness or celebrity in the promotion of products," her rep tells Extra. "[She] has done absolutely nothing wrong and has been ready, willing, able and eager to perform." Poor Jessica Sierra. The precocious 19-year-old Floridian clearly put forth her best effort to win American Idol. She overshadowed much of the competition with her skillful take on "Total Eclipse of the Heart." But this youngster also made a few missteps, like perhaps too-prominently displaying her "girls" — especially whilst performing "The Boys Are Back in Town," which made her appear a bit too PG-13 in some fans' eyes.
"I don't have any regrets at all," Sierra tells TVGuide.com. "I always dressed to the song I was doing. [With] 'The Boys Are Back in Town,' I thought the outfit fit the song. Every outfit, I thought, fit the song. You need to be dressed for the song and have the performance for the song and you need to go out and give your best every single time."
