Tori Spelling by Jim Spellman/WireImage.com
It didn't work out between Tori Spelling and 90210 producers, but the actress harbors no bad feelings towards the spin-off."I hope it turns out to be a really great show, just for my dad [Aaron Spelling]s legacy," Spelling said on Sean Valentine's Valentine in the Morning 104.3 MY fm radio show, People reports. "I was originally a part of [Beverly Hills, 90210] and it was something pretty phenomenal, so I hope it turns out great."The 35-year-old was originally attached to reprise her old role on the CW show, but reported salary disputes saw her and with her, Donna Martin depart the project."As of now there are no plans for me to be on the show," she said.Spelling would've been one of three returning 90210-ers. Former foes Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty have jetted back to West Beverly High, and Garth is determined to bring Donna Martin back."I'll try to butt my head in whenever I can and tell people what I think about it," she has said. The CW may be keeping mum about the reported salary standoff with Tori Spelling over her appearance on the new 90210, but that isn't stopping her former West Beverly BFF, Jennie Garth, from publically voicing her disappointment."I'm really bummed because I love Tori, and I was psyched Tori was going to be on the show," Garth told EW.com. The former Dancing With the Stars contestant also believes Spelling should "definitely get paid as much" as herself and co-star Shannen Doherty, and it "just seems wrong" if the reports are true. Doherty, who will be reprising her role as Brenda Walsh this fall, is skeptical about the real reason behind the whole deal because, according to the actress, "[press accounts] didn't even get the numbers right."Garth is hoping the situation is not set in stone and that her reunion with Spelling is still a possibility. "I'll try to butt my head in whenever I can and tell people what I think about it." Perhaps Garth and Doherty should break out the picket si...

The CW's 90210 reboot has found its missing link.A source close to the project confirms that Jennie Garth has signed on to reprise her role as Kelly Taylor in the much-hyped update. It's my understanding that Kelly will be working as a guidance counselor at West Beverly High.Rumors that Garth was headed back to her old zip code intensified last month when she abruptly dropped out of the CBS comedy pilot, My Best Friend's Girl.Curiously, Garth will not be a series regular on 90210. Rather, she will appear on a recurring basis. Not sure what's up with that. Buy, hey, a little Kelly Taylor is better than no Kelly Taylor, right?

Jennie Garth is no longer My Best Friend's Girl, having dropped out of CBS' comedy pilot about a guy who starts dating his best bud's ex-wife. According to the Reporter, Garth parted ways with the prospective series following a Monday table read, in what is being described as a "mutual decision" between her and the producers. (Garth, the trade notes, has been mourning her father, who passed away after she was cast in Girl.)It is also rumored that Garth is being wooed to join the CW's Beverly Hills, 90210 spin-off, which ever since it was announced has been said to be looking for the return of an original cast member or two. Replacing Garth as My Best Friend's Girl is Kristin Booth (The Company). Unbelievable! I just can't believe it. I want to bawl my eyes out. There are no words to express what I am feeling right now. Some moments just cut to the core of you and shake your very soul. Michael Flatley's performance was just so moving! Although, there was a surprising lack of curly haired beauties.Ok enough joking. I bet you thought I was talking about Jennie's shocking exit from the competition. Only it really wasn't so shocking. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that Marie would make it through yet another round. If she can survive her tumultuous personal life, she can surely take on a reality show. At first, I was really annoyed. But the show is all about the fans and she's obviously who they want to see in the final. She may even be their choice for the winner. I guess we'll see. Believe it or not, I don't begrudge anyone their right to vote for who they want, but I surely don't have to agree. And I don't. With a passion. If you're with me, then we gotta get out there and v...

I'll admit, after the ballroom round, Marie had me thinking I should be backing her for the third spot in the finals. Then she did her mambo and I remembered why I wasn't. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't as polished as it should be. She still manages to look spastic when she needs to be looking flawless. Then I saw Jennie's cha-cha and I really knew I was right to want her in the finals with Mel and my Helio. Her technique is superior to Marie's and, despite her lack of confidence at times, she still carries herself better while dancing. I don't know how to explain it, something doesn't look right when Marie tries to do a latin dance. She is the most entertaining, as Len said, but I don't think it's enough to win this competition. Regardless, I don't think neither Marie nor Jennie can beat Mel or my Helio. Perfect 30's for both of their dances? Unstopable! Right now I kind of want both Jennie and Marie to step aside and let them battle it out! If Perfect 30's don't get them to the fin...
