A magician neglects his career and his wife while he pursues the study of hypnosis. His inattention causes his wife to leave him for a younger man. The magician then begins to use his hypnotic powers to manipulate people and to avenge himself.

Bela Lugosi stars as a vampire stalking the streets of World War II London when German bombing releases vampire Armand Tesla (Lugosi) from his grave. Aided by a werewolf named Andreas (Matt Willis) and opposed by Lady Jane (Frieda Inescort), who operates an asylum, Tesla goes in search of young ladies to supply him with blood.

Proving that flesh-eating monsters don't practice age discrimination, this black comedy tells the tale of elderly Emily Dwyer (Jeanne Bates), who takes a suspicious lodger into her Los Angeles home. After being bitten by him, she develops a taste for her son, Clay (Mark Thomas Miller). Desperate to keep his mother from committing homicide, Clay has her incarcerated, but after she escapes he must take matters into his own hands.

Bruce Willis reprises his role as John McClane, an off-duty cop gripped with a feeling of déjà vu when on a snowy Christmas Eve in the nation's capital, terrorists seize a major international airport, holding thousands of holiday travelers hostage. Renegade military commandos led by a murderous rogue officer (William Sadler) plot to rescue a drug lord from justice and are prepared for every contingency except one: McClane's smart-mouthed heroics.

After framing incorruptible vice squad detective Brandon (Richard Coogan), beautiful prostitute Carol (Mamie Van Doren) teams up with him to take down her crooked boss, Malone (Brad Dexter), whose wretched right-hand man (Barry Atwater) brutally raped her younger sister (Carol Nugent). In the hopes of restoring his good name, Brandon furiously attempts to destroy Malone's criminal empire by beating him at his own game.
