It's hard to believe it's been a year since Smallville went off the air, but Allison Mack, who famously played Clark Kent's buddy Chloe Sullivan on the CW Superman drama, makes her triumphant return to TV this summer on FX's wacky series Wilfred.
After Smallville ended in May 2011, Mack was unsure of her future. Taking a break from television, she pursued theater roles while mulling over a possible return to Hollywood.

Based on an Australian hit, this weirdly entertaining head-trip stars recovering Hobbit Elijah Wood as Ryan, a suicidal ex-lawyer who begins to see his neighbor's pet — the titular pooch, played by the Aussie original's Jason Gann — as a foul-mouthed pothead in a dollar-store dog costume.
