Grey's Anatomy will hit its 10th season this fall — as well as its milestone 200th episode — so it's time to start looking at where these doctors are going to end up. We've watched the Fab
Five Three grow from young, and sometimes cocky, interns to confident attendings running (and in some cases, owning) the hospital. But what's next for these docs as they transition into full-blown leaders? We've put together a wish list of what we hope is next for the docs of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital:
Kevin McKidd and Sandra Oh

Another year of Grey's Anatomy has come and gone and once again, Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) have parted ways. As the ninth season of the ABC medical drama drew to a close, the couple again faced the issue of having children. Cristina continues to hold her ground of not wanting to be a mother, while Owen's burgeoning relationship with a patient's son made him long for what could seemingly never be. Going about it in a more adult fashion, Cristina walked away from Owen, knowing that she'd never want to stand in the way of his happiness. But are the duo really done? TVGuide.com turned to McKidd to get his take and get scoop on Season 10:
Jessie Williams, Sara Ramirez, Jessica Capshaw
When Grey's Anatomy returns Thursday (9/8c on ABC), there will be plenty of changes going down at Seattle Grace. First and foremost, Jackson (Jesse Williams), who was only promoted to attending this season to fill the void left by Mark Sloan (Eric Dane), is now actually in charge of the whole hospital.
Seattle Grace may have to close its doors — at least the ER, for now — unless the doctors of Grey's Anatomy can figure out how to keep the hospital alive. The obvious solution would be for the plane crash survivors, who were each awarded $15 million, to donate their money, but even that may not help.

Chandra Wilson recently celebrated a momentous occasion. No, we're not talking about the impending nuptials between her character Bailey and boyfriend Ben (Jason George). The original Grey's Anatomy castmember stepped behind the camera for the seventh time to direct this Thursday's episode, which includes a story line that she not only pitched, but also hits very close to home for the 43-year-old actress.

Grey's Anatomy will lighten up a bit when Kevin McKidd steps behind the camera for the fourth time for Thursday's episode.
Following the plane crash — which brought on the deaths of Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) and the amputation of Arizona's (Jessica Capshaw) leg — Grey's kicked off its ninth season on a very dark note. But McKidd promises he's about to turn that around with what he calls an "upbeat" episode.
Debbie Allen is returning to Grey's Anatomy both in front of and behind the camera!
Allen will reprise her role as Catherine Avery, the mother of Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams), for at least one episode in the upcoming ninth season, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

Who's going to die on the Grey's Anatomy eighth season finale?
Six doctors — Meredith, Derek, Cristina, Mark, Lexie and Arizona — crash-landed somewhere in the woods on their way to Boise. Though we'd like to think that April (Sarah Drew), who failed her boards, would kill herself and save us the torment of a more shocking loss — the promos seem to indicate that it's one of the Stranded Six who won't make it out alive.
