The boys from the bar develop a fear of flying when they decide to go skydiving. In an effort to prove they're 'real men,' Norm, Cliff and Woody agree to try skydiving. However, once in the plane, the trio reassesses their masculinity and chicken out, concocting a lie to cover their cowardice. Returning to Cheers, the boys are greeted with accolades and admiration for their courage. After Sam overhears Rebecca say that skydivers turn her on, he enlists the trio into taking just one more jump. Finding themselves in the air again, the phony skydivers add a new member to their ranks--Sam. Believing Sam actually made the dive, Rebecca challenges him to jump again, this time holding a Cheers banner. Certain that Rebecca will reward him with a night of lust for his feat, Sam goads the group into making yet another trip up to the wild blue yonder. Wimping out at 10,000 feet, the men again work on how to lie their way out of jumping. Suddenly, Woody becomes disgusted with his part in the web of deceit and jumps. Not to be outdone, Norm and Sam follow with the banner, leaving Cliff with a choice. Seconds later, when Cliff is informed that the plane is about to crash, his decision is made for him. watch
