He who once was Jack & Jill's Jill is now Betty's nephew and a long-lost one at that.Ivan Sergei, whose TV credits also include a run on Crossing Jordan, will surface at Betty's Bar and Grill in the season finale of Lifetime's Army Wives, TVGuide.com has learned.Sergei's character won't arrive with his heart set on a family reunion, however. How I Met Your Mother has cast Barney's brother, and he will be played by... Wayne Brady. Adoption? Half sibling? "The less we say about it, the funnier it will be," exec producer Carter Bays tells Variety. "We like that 'What the hell?' factor." Thus far, Brady is only booked for a single, Nov. 27 appearance, but the role may become recurring (as has Bryan Cranston's gig as Ted's boss).... Variety reports that Jenny McCarthy and Ivan Sergei (Charmed) will star in the ABC Family original movie Mary Christmas. McCarthy will play Santa's ambitious businesswoman daughter and, hopefully, wear one of those cute "naughty elf" costumes at some point.... Lifetime Television has tapped All My Children alumna Abigail Spencer — one of the nicest gals you could ever meet and a hottie in her own right — for the lead in Emily's Eyes, a procedural about an FBI agent seeking to right the wrongs of her treasonous CIA-operative parents. Thus far ordered for 13 episodes, Emily's Eyes could premiere as early as this summer.
