Determined to create a gang of tough biker chicks and form a matriarchal society, She Wolf (Eileen Davidson) and her clan kidnap baby girls to be raised by wolves. But Bruce (Paul Le Mat) and his Bourne Losers gang intend to stop them in this campy biker flick. Meanwhile, Bruce manages to get She Wolf to abandon her vow of celibacy as they engage in a volatile love-hate relationship, and the Women of the Wolf close in on a home for unwed mothers.

When he accidentally takes possession of a top-secret invisibility potion while en route to his wedding, government bureaucrat Sam Cooper (Steve Guttenberg) finds himself engulfed in a madcap free-for-all as Russians and other bad guys try to get the substance. To elude the Reds, his own State Department bosses and his livid fiancée, Cooper takes the vanishing juice himself -- which only makes matters worse. Bruce Malmuth directs this comedy.
