The first season follows her opening of the agency, including the difficulty in finding models of Janice's vision, getting them proficient in front of the camera, obtaining financial backing and establishing a reputation for her agency. Subsequent seasons have followed the development of the agency and a constantly-changing cast of models. A number of the male models are openly gay, and a number of the agency's clients are gay-oriented businesses. This has resulted in many of the episodes being gay in theme. watch
In the season finale, Janice is very stressed over continuing to be in the red and decides that drastic cuts are in order. watch
Everyone at the agency is concerned over the lack of "high-end" models and so Janice has Kodi set up another open casting call. Meanwhile, Janice sends Stina, Brittany, Petra, Crystal and Trisha to be photographed by Mathu Anderson. watch
