The Bold and the Beautiful's Hunter Tylo has changed the malpractice lawsuit she planned to file against the therapist who treated her son Michael Jr. to a wrongful-death claim, Us reports. Tylo is accusing Nevada-based social worker Shanna Downing of both misdiagnosing 19-year-old Michael Jr.'s seizure disorder as "stress-related" and for implanting "false memories." The Bold and the Beautiful vet Hunter Tylo's 19-year-old son, Mickey, has died, having drowned at the family's home in Henderson, Nevada. "It was accidental," officer specialist Lisa Jackson of the Clark County coroner's office tells TV Guide. "It was drowning due to a seizure disorder."Police responded to a call regarding a deceased man at 10:18 pm Thursday, and Tylo was pronounced dead at 11:55. "That was when he was pronounced dead," explains Jackson, "not when he actually died."Mickey is Tylo's eldest child by husband Michael. Fired General Hospital star Kari Wuhrer (ex-Reese) has gone all Hunter Tylo on her former employers and filed a pregnancy-discrimination lawsuit. In dramatic court documents obtained by TMZ.com, Wuhrer alleges that "there is a viral pandemic of discriminatory conduct raging through ABC's daytime soaps. The vile underbelly of the Hollywood Machine encourages female actors to be as beautiful and slim as possible.... Even one whiff that an actress on an ABC daytime soap has conceived a child is enough to have her character killed off the show." She goes on to allege that Lesli Kay (Felicia, The Bold and the Beautiful) also lost her role as GH's Lois as a result of a pregnancy. Wuhrer is seeking damages "in excess of $1 million."
