Look out, brother. The passenger who was critically injured in a car crash involving Hulk Hogan's son is now suing the wrestler. The attorneys for John Graziano, the Iraq War veteran riding in Nick Bollea's Toyato Supra when it lost control and crashed into a tree on Aug. 26, filed a lawsuit against Hogan and his estranged wife, Linda, claiming that the parents of the underage driver are liable. The suit, which attorneys say will seek millions of dollars, claims that Graziano was left in a semiconscious state and will require care for the rest of his life. Nick Bollea also faces a criminal charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.Do you think Hogan and his wife should be held responsible? Adam Bryant

Hogan may know best, but he apparently doesn't know his wife's every move. The St. Petersburg Times reported on Friday that Linda Hogan has filed for divorce from her husband Hulk Hogan and then later went on to apprise the famed wrestler himself. "Thank you for the great information," Hulk responded upon learning of the divorce action from a Times scribe. "My wife has been in California for about three weeks.... Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me."Hulk and Linda had attended marital counseling during the most recent season of Hogan Knows Best, and the therapy seemed to be successful. Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, was seriously injured when his car hit a raised median, flipped around and slammed its rear into a palm tree Sunday evening on Route 60 in Clearwater, Florida. Bollea and an unidentified male passenger were extricated from the totaled car by paramedics, then airlifted to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, where their injuries were assessed as serious and critical, respectively.Alcohol is not believed to have played a role in the crash. Rather, extremely high speed is considered the culprit.UPDATE: Nick's mother, Linda Hogan, says in a statement to TV's Extra, "Nick suffered minor injuries and has been treated and released from the hospital. At this time his friend, John Graziano, remains hospitalized. Nick is currently at the hospital with John and his family. His sole concern is for the well being of his friend. On behalf of my family, we ask that your thoughts and prayers be with John and his loved ones."
To command the undivided attention of Brooke Hogan has proved a difficult task. This is not so much the fault of her being the 18-year-old celebutante offspring of Hulk and his wife, Linda — though TVGuide.com concedes this factoid may play a small role, considering the former wrestling champion of the world is more than happy to pile-drive anyone who looks the wrong way at his "Brooketini" — nor is her designated role as the all-American beauty on the family's VH1 reality series Hogan Knows Best, which returns for the second half of Season 3 on Sunday, Jan. 7. In truth, her high-octave vocals and flawless piano-playing are the true culprits. Since the release of her debut album, Undiscovered, in October, Hogan has become
Carlos Alazraqui, Reno 911!
From Barney Fife to Barney Miller, cops and comedy have made hysterical bedfellows. Comedy Central's cult hit Reno 911! is proof that the bumbling-police shtick remains in fine hands. The mostly improvised series plays its Cops-like parody for plenty of white-trash gags and silly sexual innuendos. Comic Carlos Alazraqui, who plays dim-witted deputy James Garcia, took a few moments away from World Cup action to lay down the law with TVGuide.com about his screwy series arriving on DVD this week, what the new season promises, and what's up with these modern Keystone Kops hitting movie screens. TVGuide.com: So, Reno 911! — The Complete Third Season is here on DVD.Carlos Alazraqui: Yeah, and fans will love the

Dancing with the Stars So the Kelly Monaco theory of soap-opera fans' unbeatable enthusiasm must have a corollary: football fans. Or maybe we're seeing the proof of that other law of reality TV: viewers vote for the person most abused by the judges. Either way, I again completely underestimated my own shock at Jerry being safe for another week, while Stacy and Lisa were left to the suspense of the bottom two. Man, I am so sucked into this drama! I don't know what I would have done if Stacy had been out. Do people really want Jerry to win? On to the entertaining elements of the show — and by that I decidedly do not mean Michael Bublé's performance. I'm talking about Tom Bergeron's Charlie Chaplin-esque quickstep. So ador
He has bested a giant, traded blows with Rocky and, just a few nights ago, lugged his 51-year-old form into the wrestling ring. But can Hulk Hogan put reality TV in a headlock as head of the house on VH1's Hogan Knows Best? Before the show's debut tonight at 10 pm/ET, TVGuide.com goes toe-to-toe with the grappler.
TVGuide.com: In 1987, you became the first man to beat Andre the Giant. What do remember most about that bout?
Hulk Hogan: Just that he weighed almost 700 lbs., and I had no idea what was going to happen. Andre could either be the nicest man in the world or the mean giant, and it was one of those nights where he was feeling his oats. Halfway through the match, he goes, "Body slam me!" I said, "What?! I can't!" But he scared me to death, so I just picked him up and did it.
