When young Albert Hockenberry (Adam Baldwin) wants to become a cabbie, he's got the wackiest teachers around, courtesy of his Uncle Howard (Max Gail) and the freewheeling D.C. Cab Co., including Samson (Mr. T) and Dell (Gary Busey).
