ABC has snatched up two more names for its upcoming child-rearing comedy In the Motherhood.
Saturday Night Live alum Horatio Sanz and Jessica St. Clair (Worst Week) will join the single-camera show, a redo of the popular online series of the same name chronicling the ups and downs of motherhood, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Saturday Night Live alum Horatio Sanz is the latest to be cast in the ABC fall comedy, Bad Mother's Handbook, sources tell TVGuide.com. Sanz is slated to play Charlotte's (Alia Shawkat) father, Matt.Thus far, the show already has an impressive starting roster. Alicia Silverstone will play a 32-year-old mom who's caring for both her teen daughter and her middle-aged mother, who will be played by Megan Mullally. What remains to be seen is where Silverstone and Sanz are in their relationship: Is he the ex? Are they together? At the very least, they're going to have scenes together, right?With so much talent wrapped up already, the comedy at least has some solid underpinnings for its debut, plus it will be eye-opening (we hope) to see Sanz in a recurring, scripted role. Lorne Michaels has stepped forth with the official cast list for the new season of Saturday Night Live, and it's nearly a third smaller than the year gone by. According to Variety, the ensemble has been trimmed from 16 funnyfolk to 11, with Horatio Sanz, Chris Parnell and Tracy Morgan Finesse Mitchell joining the previously announced departures of Tina Fey and Rachel Dratch (both of whom left to do 30 Rock). As for who will join Amy Poehler at the WU desk, the latest thinking has headwriter Seth Meyers filling Fey's seat. Dane Cook will host SNL's 32nd season-opener on Sept. 30, with The Killers as musical guest.
