Early Saturday morning, Kirkland PD responded to a 911 call reporting that a female at a local residence was hitting people and wouldn't stop. Officers arrived on the scene and after taking statements and observing injuries on Solo's sister and 17-year-old nephew, Solo was arrested on two counts of domestic violence assault.
