Send in the clown doctors. Late-night programmer Adult Swim has renewed Childrens Hospital for a fourth season, Cartoon Network announced Tuesday.

It's always sunny in the Hamptons on USA's beachside medical drama Royal Pains. But for Season 3, premiering Wednesday at 9/8c, there are a few clouds on the horizon for brothers, best friends and business partners Hank (Mark Feuerstein) and Evan Lawson (Paulo Costanzo). "I know from the writers that it's going to a potentially dark place between the brothers," Feuerstein tells TVGuide.com.
Whereas the return of their long-lost father, Eddie R. Lawson (Henry Winkler) last season brought up minor differences between the siblings, this time it's HankMed that's causing problems. "Like with so many companies that are owned by families or brothers, there can be...

Rob Corddry has a bone to pick with President Barack Obama.
After shooting the upcoming third season of Childrens Hospital back in December, the series star, creator and executive producer had to remove a joke delivered by guest star Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreation) about his having killed Osama bin Laden because, well, it actually happened.

"It's going to provide a lot of answers to what Vance has been dealing with all season. Gibbs is going to become privy to a lot of it... and it's going to bring his relationship with Vance to another level." Does that signal an administrative shakeup? "There are definite changes that affect NCIS," Glasberg says. "The team is going to have to work together in a way they've never had to work together before next season."
