According to People, Paul McCartney's estranged wife, ex-model Heather Mills, is thisclose to signing on to compete in the new season of Dancing with the Stars (or, as I call it, "Dancing with Some Has-Beens, a Few Never-Weres and, You Know, That Guy from That Show"). Dancing also-ran Jerry Springer will announce the new cast on Feb. 21, which means I guess I'd better stay by the phone.
