A look at the world of slick professional pickpockets, and how they prey upon innocent victims. A novice (Michael Sarrazin) and his girlfriend (Trish Van Devere) join a seasoned pair of pros: James Coburn and his older, cocaine-sniffing colleague, Walter Pidgeon. The group keeps on the move, traveling to Seattle, Victoria, B.C. and Salt Lake City. Unfortunately, the beautiful Van Devere, whose looks are used as a ploy to take the money from unwary lookers, also looks good to Coburn, which leads to a feud with Sarrazin. Things will come to a head at a horse show in Salt Lake City, which has very tight security measures against pickpockets. Technical adviser for the film was slight-of-hand artist Tony Giorgio. watch
