Kendra Wilkinson and Kourtney Kardashian
Little things — or rather "big" in this case — like breast implants won't stop Kourtney Kardashian from breastfeeding after she gives birth in December. "I actually went to my doctor today and asked him about it, and he said you usually can," the reality starlet told TVGuide.com. "You just need to try it because you won't know until you try."
Kardashian's disclosure reminded us of how often celeb-parents overshare about breastfeeding. It's a natural, beautiful, healthy thing and all, but sometimes: TMI. Here are our top 8 favorite celebrity breastfeeding stories:

After five years, the music group No Doubt reunited to perform in Rockefeller Plaza in New York City to kick of the Today show's summer concert series.
Why such a long wait to go back on tour, you ask? "It's my fault," lead singer Gwen Stefani said on Friday. "I was in post-baby mode." She also pursued her solo career. The bandmates explained how excited they are to join forces again and perform for their fans, and revealed they will soon appear on an episode of Gossip Girl.
Check out the group's performance of their hit "Don't Speak" in the video below:

As if their 20-month-old Kingston wasn't already the coolest toddler in town, they'll now have an opp to repeat the performance with this sophomore effort.... Dixie Chick Martie Maguire's also with child, which will be her third with husband Gareth Maguire. The music star, 38, had twin girls in 2004.... Eva Longoria by John Shearer/WireImage.com, Gwen Stefani by Kevin Mazur/WireImage.com
In the wake of half of Hollywood giving birth this past weekend, Eva Longoria is clearing the air about her own propagation. "No pregnancy, not yet," People quotes the Desperate housewife as telling the junket crowd for her new movie Over Her Dead Body. "[Husband Tony Parker is] not really on a time clock, going, 'OK, this month, this day.' We're kind of just going, 'We're so happy if we get pregnant, and if we don't, we're OK.' We're letting God decide it".... Gwen Stefani, similarly, is shooting down an online report that she and hubby Gavin Rossdale are in a family way for a second time. "She's not pregnant," the singer's rep tells Us.

Everyone was in the house for the grand finale of American Idol, as Jordin and Blake opened the show with a long-awaited Beatles tune. "I Saw Her Standing There" was a premonition of things to come. We drifted quickly into a performance by the touring Gwen Stefani singing her song 4 in the Morning. She looked and sounded fantastic. Red-carpet tidbits there were lots of Idols both past and present. However, the real stars were ushered past me on the red-carpet press line at the speed of light, as though I had a form of jumping leprosy. I spoke to:The crying girl.Blakes dad, Dallas.Writers of the song This Is My Now (as opposed to my later on).Sabrina Sloan simply lovely.Constantine Maroulis all business, currently starring in The Bold and the Beautiful. Wednesday was a rough night for reality-TV junkies. First, for a rendition of "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" that wouldn't even stir the dirt on Dusty Springfield's grave, American Idol viewers dissed and dismissed Stephanie Edwards rather than the increasingly unbearable (yet undeniably sweet) Sanjaya. Then, Tyra and Co. gave the Ugg boot to drop-dead gorgeous Felicia after she failed to enliven a shoot in which she portrayed a literal fashion victim. Do you think it's too late for me to start a hunger strike until she's brought back? I mean, I could stand to lose a few pounds anyway. Next week on Idol, the contestants will be coached by an artist who they might actually have heard of (sorry, Lulu) Gwen Stefani. The Hollaback Girl will then perform "The Sweet Escape" with Akon during the results show. Personally, I would've done "Don't Speak" and dedicated it to moody Simon.

As part of American Idol's first night of viewer-decided eliminations, it was officially announced that both Jennifer Lopez and Gwen Stefani will be performing on the show later this season. Also slated for stop-bys are Jon Bon Jovi, Martina McBride (one of my favorite tennis players), Diana Ross (maybe that fueled the Jacko rumor?), Barry Gibb, and Lulu and Peter Noone from Herman's Hermits (fronting a "British Invasion" theme night. Start shuddering now). In other Idol news, Season 5 finalist Kellie Pickler will perform her new single, "I Wonder," on next week's results show.

Access Hollywood is hearing from reliable sources that Gwen Stefani will perform (not her incredibly lame-o new single, I hope) on the Mar. 28 edition of American Idol, and that Jennifer Lopez will put in an appearance of her own on Apr. 11. What's more, the TV newsmag says the speculation is that the "special" something Fantasia will announce on this Thursday's show is not "the biggest thing" to hit Idol in five years by any stretch, but merely that she is [yawn] joining the cast of Broadway's/Oprah Winfrey's The Color Purple, which has been saddled by poor ticket sales ever since the holiday tourist crowds dissipated.Speaking of Idol, may I brag (to those who missed it below but are nonetheless susceptible to awe) that I missed the date for Ryan and Simon's first homoerotic exchange (Cowell calling the host, "Sweetheart") by just two days?

In an interview airing on Thursday's Extra, Gwen Stefani hints that next on her L.A.M.B.-monogrammed plate, following her upcoming tour, is a reunion with No Doubt. "I'm sniffing around with [them]," she says. "We're going to record another record".... The Police have scheduled a Monday, post-Grammys reunion press conference at which, Billboard speculates, they will announce a 30th-anniversay world tour.... Celine Dion will unveil a new song, "I Knew I Loved You," during a tribute to composer Ennio Morricone at this month's Oscars. Said it before, I say it again: Didn't she retire?!
