Played rugby at the University of Oregon; when he broke his hand, he signed up for theatre classes.
Once roomed with actor David Cross.
Consultant for three seasons of HBO's Sex and the City, which featured his phrase, "He's just not that into you," in the season six episode "Pick-a-Little, Talk-a-Little."
