Green Day has canceled the rest of its scheduled performances in 2012 and early 2013 in the wake of singer Billie Joe Armstrong checking himself into rehab last month.
"Obviously the timing for this isn't ideal, but Billie Joe's well-being is our main concern," bassist Mike Dirnt said in a press release on the band's website.
